On Thursday January 20th, 2011 local architects, designers and builders gathered at the Bentwood of Houston opening sponsored by Luxe Magazine. The event was attended by over 150 guests and highlighted two “Cooking Simplified” demonstrations by Sub Zero/Wolf’s Executive Chef Garth Blackburn.
The attendees were exposed to 5 Design Discovery Destinations featuring two vignettes in the Sub Zero/Wolf showroom consisting of a wet bar and a contemporary kitchen highlighting new door styles, finishes, a long banquette and a center island. The display highlights the partnership with a new fully integrated refrigeration tower.
Destinations in the Bentwood of Houston showroom included the Asian inspired Pacific Rim collection featuring a rift cut white oak with a soy stain, French Country Collection highlighting a proprietary pyramidal door style with aged antiqued finishes and finally the Classic Kitchen marked by a transitional design combining an inset door style, walnut wood and brushed stainless steel cabinetry. The showroom features unique partnerships with Sub Zero/Wolf, Cosentino and Panda Windows & Doors.
